M&K Home Sales - Our Homes

M&K Home Sales offers a vast variety of home types to fit any persons wants a needs.  The two main categories of homes we offer are Manufactured, and Modular homes.  Manufactured homes are generally single section homes built on a steel frame and typically would go in either a leased land community or farm/acreage.  Moduar homes are built on a web truss floor system and meet or exceed the specifications of traditional "site-built" homes.  Manufactured homes are typically finished with vinyl covered gyproc interior walls while Modular homes feature 1/2" drywall.
